Galigamuwa Industrial Zone
is situated in the Galigamuwa town in Kegalle District. Twelve companies are currently performing their operations at the zone, and they are contributing to the national economy while providing direct and indirect job opportunities to more than 500 citizens.
Galigamuwa Industrial Zone
Galigamuwa Industrial Zone is around 1Km from the Galigamuwa Junction in Colombo – Kandy road. It is 24 acres in size and is surrounded by the lush greenery mountain range. It was started on January 25th 2008, and the commercial operations were begun in the year 2011.
The zone is managed under the guidance of the Ministry of Industries. This is the first and the only industrial zone in the Kegalle District.
